• Opening the books and scrutinizing every dollar spent.  He’ll take the budget apart and build it back to 90 percent of its current spending level, leaving essential services in and cutting out the waste and political paybacks.
• Vetoing every tax increase that comes across his desk.
• Balancing the budget without relying on more crippling borrowing.
• Requiring a supermajority to pass tax increases
• Creation of employee-owned retirement programs for state workers, to begin to confront the public pension funding monster.
